What we collect
Your email (or Apple/Google identity) to run your account, and everything you enter to use the app — trades, P&L, setups, tags, notes, screenshots, goals, and system rules. Tradeur has no analytics or ad trackers.
How it's used
To run your account and show your journal back to you, synced across your devices. We don't sell your data or share your trade journal data with anyone.
Who we share with
Supabase (our database, auth, and file storage, protected so only your account can read your own data), Apple/Google (if you sign in with them), and — if you subscribe — RevenueCat plus Apple/Google for billing. We never see your payment details.
Your rights & control
You can access and export your own data at any time just by using the app — everything you log is shown back to you. You can delete individual trades anytime, wipe everything at once from Settings > Clear all data, or permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app from Settings > Delete Account — no need to contact us. If you'd rather have us do it, or have any other request about your data, email the address below and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Security & retention
Your data is stored with Supabase and protected by row-level access rules so only your account can read or write your own records, encrypted in transit. We keep your data only for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where we're required to keep limited records (e.g. billing history) for legal or tax purposes.
Children
Tradeur is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
